Download & Install
Download PC Nest Speaker for Windows. The installer is small and takes less than a minute to complete. No admin rights required for portable version.
Launch & Discover
Open the app and it automatically scans your Wi-Fi network for Google Nest, Google Home, and Chromecast Audio devices. Your speakers appear within seconds.
Select Your Speaker
Choose which Nest speaker(s) you want to stream to. You can select individual speakers or speaker groups you've created in the Google Home app.
Enable Sync (Optional)
Want your PC speakers and Nest to play together? Enable sync mode. The app measures latency and delays your PC speakers to match — no echo, perfect harmony.
Just Listen to Music
That's it! Your PC audio now streams to your Nest speakers automatically. Play music, watch videos, game — everything comes through your Nest. Enjoy!
Good to Know
About Latency
Google Cast has inherent latency (~100-300ms). This is why we built sync mode — it delays your PC speakers to match, so both play in perfect time. For competitive gaming, use headphones; for everything else, it works great.
Network Requirements
Your PC and Nest speakers must be on the same Wi-Fi network. Most home setups work out of the box. If you have multiple networks or VLANs, ensure they can communicate.
Supported Devices
Works with Google Nest Audio, Nest Mini, Nest Hub, Google Home, Home Mini, Home Max, and Chromecast Audio. Any Cast-enabled speaker should work.
Privacy First
No accounts, no cloud, no data collection. Your audio streams directly from your PC to your speakers over your local network. Nothing ever leaves your home.
